- Abstract
- The organizational activities aimed at achieving the target FTP indicators related to intellectual property, in the performance of R & D by the Federal Program "Development of Civil Marine Engineering" in 2009-2016 years. It is shown that the introduction into the practice of state customer system formation and provide objective indicators and indicators that are directly related to the legal protection of R & D achieves not only timely and full-scale legal protection of results of R & D, but also creates the conditions for its entry in the property complex of the Ministry and companies in the industry that allows the inclusion of intellectual property created in the economy.
