- Global crisis fluctuations, and economic sanctions imposed by Russia on the part of a number of foreign countries and their unions have identified for the feasibility of the BRICS formation highlighted in the global economy of cross-border control loop areas of business activity, based on the information and networking mechanisms with the overall information technology platform and a distributed control system as a tool for management of the cooperation of the BRICS countries in the strategic areas of business.
