- Abstract
- The paper proposed and investigated fuzzy clustering algorithm -conflict situations according to the averaged conditional scales based on the data matrix of probabilities change their semantics. The proposed clustering allows to increase the efficiency of decision- making in terms of man-made or natural disturbances. The numerical experiment shown in the article confirms the relatively high sensitivity of the algorithm to variations of fuzzy situations (fuzzy information).
