- Abstract
- The dependencies, establishing patterns of change of the stress-strain state of the ring, loaded by the system of symmetric and skew-force factors, allowing implementation of parameter optimization of mechanisms with flexible elements for automated systems and equipment (AFR) in microelectronics, are found. It is shown, that the increased pliability of the ring is the cause of an additional alternating cycle of stresses that reduce the efficiency of AFR mechanisms, in particular of wave gear with a flexible wheel of complex structure (GKZR).
