- Abstract
- The transfer of group decision support systems into networked environment has focused attention on the issue of acceleration the consensus achievement of among geographically distributed participants of decision-making processes, including remote experts. This issue has acquired special significance in connection with the establishment of the Distributed situational centers system as part of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation. In this paper we propose the way to accelerate the achievement of consensus decision-making participants on the basis of methods of situational awareness, virtual collaboration and determination of consistency of experts' scale assessments of events.
