- Copper films and microconductors on cobaltic layer have been obtained from ammonium etilendiamintetraacetic electrolyte by pulse electrolysis. Anodic impulses of a current can be used for additional purification and activation of a surface of cobalt for the purpose of production of reliable cohesion of copper with cobalt.
