- Abstract
- Complex efficiency indexes used when forming different innovation development programs have been considered. The expediency to improve statistical reporting forms with the aim to increase the level of objectivity and complex evaluation of the current situation in the intellectual property sphere is highlighted. Besides, it is shown that a necessity appeared to develop unified methodical recommendations for assessment of economical efficiency of intellectual property utilization along with an order to register business accounting in the form of fictitious assets of the results achieved while carrying out the budgetary works for the cases, when the rights are transferred from the Governmental Customer to the Executor.
