- Abstract
- Human capital is considered - the main mechanism for the development of modern society, which involves the active participation of a person in solving urgent problems of the country's economic development. The content, main characteristics and concepts of "human capital", the main factors in the formation and development of an innovative economy, which ensure high quality and a high level of human life as the highest value of society, are considered. The role of human potential is studied as the main factor in managing the company's business processes, as the main reserve for optimizing business processes, transforming society into a new quality, and as an impetus for the development of the socio-economic space. The focus of the new paradigm on the human factor, highly skilled labor, widespread informatization and intellectualization of business processes being implemented is noted. Within the framework of the ERM concept, the impact of operational risks on the company's activities and their relationship with maintaining the continuity of ongoing business processes is studied, which ensures the proper levels of economic and information security of an economic entity.
