- Abstract
- In the article the development of the information technology knowledge management in the business environment, in the administrative state management and the sphere of social management are considered. I's shown that the business, the administrative management and the social systems oriented and interact with different field of the formalized and tacit knowledge. The purpose of the tentative analysis is the identification of potential areas of use of the intellectual capital of organizations.
