- Abstract
- Sociological studies of the youth vocational guidance system as one of the most important institutions of society influencing the professional literacy of society and the state as a whole are considered. The importance of organizing a comprehensive career guidance system is shown, taking into account quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain a professional portrait of each participant in the program, for which the use of the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs is justified. A system of comprehensive career guidance for young people is proposed, where the most important structural part of it is singled out separately - a questionnaire program and individual consultations indicating the goals and objectives set (to be solved).
