- Abstract
- This work evaluates the capabilities of LCD 3D printing for forming ceramic-polymer suspensions modified with additives of alumina (a-Al2O3), barium titanate (BaTiO3), and lead zirconate titanate (PZT-19). A review of current publications is presented, identifying key methods for assessing the technological properties of suspensions for vat photopolymerization. Based on the analysis, specific criteria for LCD 3D printing and methods for their experimental evaluation are proposed. It is shown that modification of the hardware platform with a recirculation loop and suspension heating system establishes a specific hierarchy of these variables, which differs from that of analogous systems. Data on thermal conductivity and dielectric permittivity of samples obtained from the most processable formulations are presented and discussed in the context of electrotechnical applications.
