- Abstract
- The article establishes the patterns of phase formation, the evolution of the crystal structure, and the temperature-frequency dependences of the dielectric properties of lead-free solid solutions of the (1-х)K0.46Na0.54NbO3-хBi0.5Li0.5TiO3 system. X-ray phase analysis showed that the synthesized compositions are phase-pure or contain no more than 4 % of secondary phases. It was found that the introduction of Bi0.5Li0.5TiO3 causes a change in the symmetry of the perovskite cell from monoclinic to tetragonal and increases the structural heterogeneity of the solid solutions of the system. The use of mechanical activation made it possible to increase the relative density of ceramics. Measurements of the complex dielectric constant in the range of 300-823 K and frequencies of 1 kHz - 1 MHz revealed the formation of blurred relaxing maxima with the introduction of Bi0.5Li0.5TiO3.
