- Abstract
- Solid solutions of the quasi-binary cut of the system (1-x) (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-xBiFeO3 with 0.85 £ x £ 0.95 and Dx = 0.05 were experimentally studied at low temperatures from 10 K to 300 K. Their microstructure, dielectric specters and magnetic capacity dependences on temperature, electric and magnetic fields are constructed. It is noted, that the dielectric losses evaluation into the low frequency interval is coupled with increased contribution of intergranular conductivity. Every investigated composition is demonstrated the anomaly low conductivity activation energy, that is showed on the domination of charge transfer. The composition with x = 0.95 exhibits a significant magnetic-capacitive effect.
