- Abstract
- The article considers the results of R&D, aimed at improving the efficiency of the managing rights for intellectual activity results, obtained from and used in the development of the weapons, military and special equipment. The author proposed measures on improving the scientific-methodical apparatus of civil circulation of the intellectual activity results, as well as the projects of regulatory legal and organizational documents, regulating the securing, legal protection and use of the rights of the Russian Federation for obtained of intellectual activity results.
