- Abstract
- The information role as basic resource and strategic factor of development of a civilisation in XXI th century is considered. The analysis of structure and the maintenance of a problem of mastering by the information connected with formation of a Global Information Society, based on knowledge is carried out. Its pragmatical and scientifically-methodological aspects are allocated. Some actual and perspective directions of studying of problems of the information in Science and Education are defined. The condition and prospects of development of the international cooperation in this area is shown.
