- Abstract
- The article considers the legal aspects of the management of rights to complex object of the right of unified technology. It is shown, who and under what conditions, can become a legal owner of the unified technology, what are the functions of the rights of the unified technology. On the basis of a brief analysis of the modern situation in the area under consideration the conclusion is made about the expediency of development of legal regulation of technologies of the military, special and dual regulation.
