- Abstract
- The demand of the situational centers for decision support in governments and corporations is growing. In this paper we consider the factor that prevents the growth of this demand. It is impossible to build a holistic discourse on the problem situation. It is proposed unconventional approach to diminish this limitation through the use of convergent control mechanism, account of quantum entanglement and complementarity principles, as well as the development of multilateral training of participants of the situation center meetings.
