- It is substantiated that the task of building an effective management structure of the network-access centers community use can be solved within the association. The organizational structure and main functions of the association network CCU is studied. A mechanism for coordinate economic management supervisor of the formation of an order of using the network resources at CCU program production and training is proposed.
