- The hazards, bound with unauthorized access to incorporeal assetses of firm (including "know-how", information bases, condition of business activity of firm) are esteemed. Entering information safety of the "know-how" in the cost of the company is substantiated. Some measures and means resulting in minimizations of injury from consequences of loss of information protection are considered.
