- Abstract
- This article is about capability criteria, how they are calculated and modern informational systems, which should suit these criteria. The consolidated index value is necessary to evaluate the whole system and is used to help in making the choice of which informational system should be bought, calculating how much time it is necessary to integrate it with the installed one and how long it would take to make the planned implementation. The need of developing such criteria is high, because the market of banking informational systems is great, but in each bank the process model of offering the same services could be different. So banks usually need to use several informational systems together.
