- Abstract
- The methodical approach to information support of realization of the rights of the state on results of intellectual activity (RIA) of the military, special and double appointment, received with attraction of the federal budget is considered. Decision-making on any of ways of realization of the rights of the state on RIA is expedient for spending by results of information-analytical researches in following directions: studying of requirements in RIA, created under the state orders; the analysis of the data about RIA; definition of technical and economic level RIA; a choice of the potential consumer RIA. In article possibilities for these purposes of the data of the Uniform register RIA and other sources of the information are considered.
