- Abstract
- In this paper we discuss the main problems of electronic representations of printed publications within modern full-text digital libraries. The balance between the complexity of information preparation technologies and the effectiveness of the prepared materials as part of the library is examined. The analysis of available solutions for electronic representations revealed that the combined approach is the most prospective.
