- The short review reflects a way which there has taken place new Russia for last ten with small years on road of creation of an information society. The end of 80th years of the last century has been chosen as a reference point of the beginning of a way. Then the concept of information of a society has been developed in the USSR. Evolution of attention of the state to a problem of creation of a postindustrial society is tracked.
