- Abstract
- The review of methods of measurement bibliometric indicators which are used for an estimation of scientific activity, including publication activity and citation is offered. Discussion in Russia concening applicability of these methods for perfection of management by a science and expediency of creation of the Russian citation index is discussed. It is underlined that last years the measurement tendency bibliometric indicators not only on the basis of scientific magazines, but also other information resources, first of all open archives and web sites, including methods vebometric is observed.
