- Abstract
- The methodology of evaluation of the effectiveness of operational control techniques (diagnosis and prognosis) states of objects at intermediate points between the moments of their control, based on the use of Markov chains and variations resampling time control and averaged Q-matrices. Methodology eliminates the cumbersome calculations in solving matrix equations and reach at the same fraction of a percent or less relative errors of estimation of the transition probabilities. These figures are confirmed by numerical experiments.
