- Представлен обзор текущего состояния исследований в области персонализации, раскрыты основные концепции и описан состав необходимых структурных компонентов для создания адаптирующихся программных продуктов. Сделан также акцент на проведение персонализации класса программных продуктов, называемых интернет-сервисами, позволяющих конкретизировать способы решения некоторых подзадач персонализации.
