- Abstract
- This paper deals with steganographic systems which use compressed digital media as cover files. The concepts of optimal and suboptimal entropy steganographic algorithms are defined, their properties are studied. An approach that allows for control of both the perturbation value of cover elements and the quantity of changes is offered.
