- Abstract
- The creation of environmentally safe production of chemical industry is a very difficult task associated with the need to develop scientific, technical, engineering and organizational measures and their implementation both during the design and creation, and during the operation of facilities. The provisions of the normative document establishing the General requirements for the technological design of industrial enterprises, the composition and content of the project and the output data are considered. It is reflected that the standards do not establish special requirements determined by production technology, features of handling hazardous materials (toxic, radioactive, etc.), and do not establish requirements for safety. At the same time, sanitary legislation imposes requirements for the organization and conduct of industrial safety control. This fact served as the basis for the development of a list of measures for the creation of industrial safety control systems in the design of hazardous industrial enterprises. A list of necessary measures is proposed, based on the example of creating facilities for the destruction of chemical weapons, which provides for the creation of a system of industrial safety control at hazardous chemical facilities.
