- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the development and application of the composite index of ecological well-being (CEI) of natural-technogenic system (PTS). The aim of the work is to assess the ecological well-being of PTS - reservoir, through the application of the developed composite index of ecological well-being. The assessment uses 79 criteria divided into 3 blocks - ecological, economic and social factors. Veselovsky reservoir has been used for evaluation testing with the use of 5 different models for setting weights in the last level of convolution of 3 main blocks. Assessment of ecological well-being of the system was performed for 5 classes (from I - high; to V - low). As a hypothesis it was accepted that by applying the method of summary indicators, the method of randomized summary indicators, as well as the methodologies of analysis and synthesis of indicators in conditions of information deficit, it is possible to assess the ecological well-being of the natural-technogenic system. The main methods of scientific research: analysis, modeling, deduction. Main results achieved: it was determined that Veselovsky reservoir belongs to the III class of ecological well-being - medium degree of ecological well-being and the main criteria requiring the development of measures for the transition of PTS to the II class of ecological well-being were identified.
