- Abstract
- An urgent direction is the development and use of mobile devices for monitoring the environment, which will simplify interaction and influence the involvement of citizens in urban environmental processes. The aim of the work is to identify preferences for the use of potential urban air pollution mobile awareness tools by residents of a Smart City and the relationship of these preferences with environmental behavior. SMS messages, instant messengers, social networks, chat bots, mobile applications without and with push notifications are highlighted as information tools.
