- Abstract
- As ferroelectric piezoelectric material with a high maximum operating temperature suggested metaniobate lithium. Optimization of the conditions of its receipt in the form of piezoelectric was carried out. Comprehensive study of the properties of lithium metaniobate a wide range of temperatures, frequencies and pressures were conducted. Impact modifiers and second components on the physical and chemical properties were found. Developed materials with stable dielectric and piezoelectric properties over a wide temperature range, rather high piezoelectric coefficients and the degree of anisotropy, low dielectric constant ( ≤ 50) and a high speed of sound (> 5 km/s).
