- Abstract
- In the work the new scientific substantiation of necessity of apriority estimate of atmospheric air pollution of populated places taking into account the transformation processes of primary anthropogenic emissions and a quantitative estimate of population risk is given. The dynamics of daily transformations of nitrogen and oxygen compounds is described for the first time. The scheme of endogenous transformation of secondary pollutants and its influence on separate bodies and systems of the men is offered.
