- Abstract
- The article mentions the problem of contamination of reservoirs of the Ural River basin in the West Kazakhstan region with potassium ions. The results of laboratory studies of water purification from potassium ions using modified bentonite with glycerin are presented. The process of sorption of potassium ions was carried out under static conditions, which makes it possible to establish the sorption capacity of bentonite. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the adsorption capacity of bentonite.
