- Abstract
- This article analyzes modern approaches to phishing protection using machine learning (ML) technologies. Both domestic and international studies are reviewed, along with phishing detection methods and the analysis of messages, URLs, and user behavior. The importance of a comprehensive approach - including technical measures, information security architecture, and user training - is emphasized. The effectiveness of Random Forest, neural networks, and natural language processing methods is compared. Experimental results on URL classification are presented, highlighting the prospects of a multidisciplinary approach.
