- Abstract
- This article investigates the problem of forming trusted segments in open systems operating in an untrusted environment. It is shown that existing approaches are insufficient to fully ensure trusted interaction. The aim of the study is to develop a model in which trust is associated with the operation being performed, considered as part of a formalized technological chain. To implement this approach, a security trailer mechanism is used to record and verify the stages of data processing and transmission. The article proposes a dynamic trust model based on a verifiable history of operations and a set of observable metrics, and also derives an upper bound on the system response time under sustained degradation of a participant's behavior. The proposed approach makes it possible to verify the correctness of the interaction process, localize violations, and support dynamic trust management in open systems.
