- Abstract
- Problems and methods of economic stimulation of nature and air protection activity are considered in the article. A classification of methods is presented depending on the level of the estimate of health risk caused by atmospheric air pollution with one or another substance at the territory. An original methodical approach to the definition of emission of polluting substances from stationary sources which is directed to differentiated stimulation of the activity is recommended. Offers presented by the authors of the article can be used by preparation of the project of the federal law "About a payment for negative influence on environment".
