- Abstract
- Ultrafiltration process of aqueous dispersions of sunflower oil on membrane UFFK-M is studied. It is showed that ultrafiltration characteristics depend on pH of the medium. Experimental data are explained by formation of dynamic membrane. It is revealed that at ultrafiltration size of fat particles decreases. It is showed that ultrafiltration process can use for cleaning effluent of productions which contain dispersions of sunflower oil.
