- Abstract
- The temperature-frequency dependences of the real and imaginary parts of complex permittivity ε* = ε' - iε'' of Bi0.5La0.5MnO3 ceramics at temperatures T = 10-200 K in the frequency range f = 102-106 Hz were investigated. It is shown that at temperatures of 10-120 K relaxation extremes formed on the curves ε''(f, T). One can satisfactory generate the experimental spectra of ε* with the dielectric model functions with the rectangle and Davidson-Cole relaxation time distributions. The possible mechanisms of dielectric relaxation are discussed.
