- Abstract
- The results of determination of elemental composition of bio substrates of human organism are presented. Investigations caried out by using total x-ray fluorescence spectrometer XFS which is created at research institute of physics of Southern federal university of Russia. The samples of hair and urine had been selected from males and females at from 18 to 22 and from 40 to 55 years old. The results of investigation had been statistically computed and graded by human ages, field of work, and areas of living. Concentrations of chemical elements allow saying that effects of its dynamics has both clinical reasons and ecological one. Main conclusion of this work micro elemental composition of hair is indicator of ecological situation and features of a functional state of the human.
