- Abstract
- Spectrometer for х-ray fluorescence elemental analysis was tested on the seaweed-microfits samples which were dissolves at nitric acid. The method of a monochromatization of first х-ray beam was described. The TXRF spectrometers results was compared with Atomic Absorption spectrometers results. Prospects and problems of TXRF of biological samples was discussed.
