- Abstract
- Сombined cleaning system to remove dust from aspiration air, selected from industrial plants, is offered. Its main feature is division of dust-laden flow into two parts - the main and circulating. The main stream contains mainly coarse fraction dust. Its cleaning efficiency is high enough in any conditions. After cleaning this stream containing minimum mass of dust enters the atmosphere. Circulating flow containing dust particles fine fractions, is cleaned at the expense of its repeated passage through a trap. A design of the separation system is offered and its operating characteristics have been determined. The methodology of calculating of the сombined system factors, illustrated by examples, is shown. Calculations show multiple reduction of dust emission to the atmosphere as compared with the conventional refinement scheme.
