Recommendations to authors
The researches, presented in article, must be actual, reasonable and well planned. The publication should list all data sources and methods used by the authors in the preparation and analysis of data. Before using large fragments of text or drawings from other publications need to obtain prior permission of the author.
Authorship
In the first place in the list of authors should be individuals who have made a decisive contribution to the planning, organization and conduct of the study, data analysis and writing the report, and not a doer, collect data, and other mechanical work. All authors must take responsibility for the content of the publication.
Peer Review
Reviewers must respect the confidentiality of the information contained in the study.
The reviewer has no right to copy the article and must return it to the original editor.
Reviewers and editors can use the data from the study, as well as the conclusions of the authors only with their permission.
Reviewers need to quickly provide accurate and reasonable review, written in a polite manner, and does not contain systematic errors.
If reviewers questioned the good faith of the authors, they should confidentially and in writing, notify the editor.
About duplicate publications
It is unacceptable to publish articles in several magazines containing the same materials, but without full reciprocal links.
After the publication of research results in the form of abstracts in the conference materials research can be presented to the journal, reporting a previous publication.
In submitting to the journal article authors must accompany its list of literature on relevant topics.
If the published paper found serious shortcomings, the revision is required as soon as possible publish a correction and to draw the attention of readers.
