- Abstract
- Temperature dependencies of dielectric permittivity for some NaNbO3-based ceramic materials with isovalent (Na1-xAxNbO3 (A-K, Li) and heterovalent (Na1-2x AхNbO3, A-Ba,Sr) substitution of A cation have been studied in the wide temperature range. For the first time the values of Curie-Weiss temperature obtained by the extrapolation from the cubic phase were determined. We discuss the effect of ions-modificators crystallochemical characteristics on both rotational and polarizational instabilities leading to modification of dielectric properties. Some recommendations for rational and purposeful modificators' selection in order to achieve required properties of materials are provided.
