- Abstract
- There was established, that the maximume value of pyroelectric activety of PMN-PT ceramics in the concentration range of 0.14 ≤ x ≤ 0.42 was obtained at x = 0.32. Additional low-temperature maximums corresponding to the rhombohedral-tetragonal phase trasition on the temperature dependence of dynamic-mode pyroelectric current for 0.27 ≤ x ≤ 0.315 was detected. A x,T-phase diagram was designed from the data on the anomalies of pyro- and dielectric properties.
