- Abstract
- The analysis of shock-wave processes in sandwich structures at impulsive loading was performed. Influence of interlayer gaps on resistant to failure by rupture was studied. The method of filling of the interlayer gaps with metal-containing glue of acoustic stiffness equal to the material stiffness of one of the layers to be glued was proposed to increase the structural strength. The powder volume fraction in metal-containing glue was determined.
