- Abstract
- Electromechanical model of electrostatic fixing device with the viscoelastic composite dielectric covering, taking into account silultaneous course of processes of an electric charge relaxation in a dielectric layer and deformation of a microrelief of its surface under influence of ponderomotor forces is proposed. Processes of formation of a double electric layer on the conductor - dielectric interface and charge carriers injections in electroadhesive contact are taken into account. The proposed model allows to investigate electroadhesion dynamics in the electrostatic fixing device with a complex kind dielectric covering.
