- Abstract
- The result of the multifractal studies of the grain structure evolution of the high-temperature ferroelectric LiNbO3-based ceramics caused by their doping with ions of different valency are reported. The behavior of the fractal parameters of the NaNbO3-Sr2Nb2O7 solid solutions is explained. The multifractal properties of the high-temperature and low-temperature systems are compared. The regularities of the changes in the properties of ferroelectrics are revealed.
