- Abstract
- Technological complex for manufacturing of high-precision dimensionally stable composite elements of structures of integrated type in which questions of design, development of technology of structures manufacturing and gesign engineering of industrial equipment inextricably intertwined, is suggested. The complex includes equipment for manufacturing of composite elements of structures and thermo-compensation equipment for example special matrixes and contrivances for manufacturing of profiled mandrels and silicone rubber inserts. It is mentioned that technology of integrated structures manufacturing is based upon principle of combined in time molding of all structure elements in this case it is the combination of thermo-compensation method and autoclave molding. The molding of work piece in perpendicular planes is carried out with differential pressure in the autoclave and elastic strain of thermo-expanded mandrels in the interior space of work piece. At development of load-carrying and dimensionally stable structures produced by combined molding various design-engineering solutions were analyses.
