- Abstract
- The effect of Ba modification on the phase composition, structure and electrophysical properties of solid solutions Pb(1-x)Bax(Mg1/3Nb2/3)m(Zn1/3Nb2/3)y(Ni1/3Nb2/3)nTizO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15) is studied. Found that with increasing concentration of Ba in the range 0.05 <x <0.10, a phase shift of the two-phase state into the cubic phase occurs. It is shown that the highest piezoelectric coefficients (d33 = 621 pC/N, |d31| = 192 pC/N) observed at x = 0.05, and Kp and |g31| at x = 0 (0.41 and 5.27×10-3 V×m/H, respectively). The highest dielectric responses were observed when x = 0.125 (ε/ε0 ~ 11 000) and Qm and VE1 when x = 0.15 (8284 and 3.84 km/s, respectively).
