- Results of research of composite on the basis of the titanium carbide-silicide received by a method of mechanosynthesis from elementary components (Ti, Si, C) and binary composition (SiC) are submitted. Influence of hot pressing parameters on formation of structure and properties of composites on a base titanium carbide-silicide is shown.
